The Planning Board reviews applications for compliance with Land Use Regulations, Development Regulations, Zoning Ordinances, and the Master Plan. Applications include: sites & amended sites, major & minor subdivisions, phasing, lot line adjustments, lot mergers, condominium conversions, estate planning, and waiver of site plans.

Prepare and amend the Master Plan, review and recommend Zoning Ordinance amendments to the local legislative body and review and act on all subdivision and site plan applications.
