Motor Vehicle Registration

As an online Municipal Agent for the State of New Hampshire, we are able to complete the following motor vehicle functions for our residents:

New, transfer and renewal of registration up to 26,000gvw
not including SCOMM or APRO plate types or SEMIT body styles.

Issue duplicate registration

Issue replacement decals
RDMV 125 form required

Order 1 replacement license plate
RDMV 125 form required

Check availability of and issue Initial (vanity) Plates.

New Vehicle Registrations:

To register a new vehicle (or pre owned vehicle that is new to you) model year 2000 and newer, registrant must present the current Title for the vehicle signed over to them OR a TDMV 25 Certificate of Title Application OR a certificate of origin. RSA 261:3

To register a new vehicle (or pre owned vehicle that is new to you) model year 1999 and older, registrant must present a complete Bill of Sale along with a previous NH Registration for the vehicle OR a previous Certificate of Title for the vehicle OR a completed TDMV 19A form. RSA 261:32
Renewal of Registration

Registrant must present current, or most recent registration certificate for each vehicle that is in need of renewal. RSA 261:148 IV

Transfer of Registration

REQUIRED!! Registrant must present current registration certificate for the vehicle in which the plates are being transferred from. Along with the current registration for previous vehicle, you will need to provide the following for the new vehicle: RSA 261:2

Model year 2000 and newer: current Title for the vehicle signed over to them OR a TDMV 25 Certificate of Title Application OR a certificate of origin.

Model year 1999 and older: complete Bill of Sale along with a previous NH Registration for the vehicle OR a previous Certificate of Title for the vehicle OR a completed TDMV 19A form.
