Technical Review Committee
The Technical Review Committee (TRC) reviews initial plans for sites, major subdivisions, and minor subdivisions (1-3 lots w/roadway). The TRC process is prior to the Planning Board application process. Prior to submitting a Technical Review application, it is highly encouraged that developers and potential applicants meet with the Town Planner to review the application. Submission of sewer and water plans to the respective departments for review is required prior to applying for TRC for those projects that will connect to or expand on existing utilities.
Meetings are scheduled for Mondays starting at 1:00pm, on a as-needed basis. In the event of a holiday, the meeting date will be determined and disclosed by Town staff. The submission deadline for TRC meetings is Monday, 2:00 PM, two weeks prior to the meeting date.
