North Manchester-Hooksett Little League Celebration: Officially Rescheduled

Festivities, including parade, ceremony, and fireworks display are scheduled for September 18th 5:00PM - 9:00PM

Hooksett, NH – The celebration is back on for Saturday, September 18th! The Town of Hooksett will be hosting a rescheduled parade and award ceremony to commemorate the North Manchester-Hooksett Little League Team. Their status as 2021 11/12 Regional Champions, 2021 11/12 State Champions, 2021 11/12 District 2 Champions, 2021 50/70 State Champions, and as Top 8 finalists for the Little League World Series is a source of tremendous pride for their community and state. Weather permitting, a Fireworks display is also scheduled to occur in the evening.  Residents and visitors alike are welcome to attend, though social distancing, masking, and sanitation will be strongly encouraged and facilitated. Please don't attend if you are displaying cold or flu-like symptoms.

Parade Details

The parade in the team’s honor will be held on Saturday, September 18th, and starts at 5:00PM. It will begin at Holy Rosary Church (21 Main Street, Hooksett) and end at Donati Park. The roadway will be blocked off from the Intersection of Main Street/College Park Drive to Main Street/Grant Ave.

Ceremony Details

The ceremony will be held at 6:00PM at the Donati Park Major League Baseball Field.

Fireworks Display

A fireworks display will be held between 7:30PM and 8:30PM. Best viewing available will be from the slope above the Donati Park Football field.

Parking

Parking will be available at Holy Rosary Church (21 Main Street), Hooksett Municipal Offices (35 Main Street), and the Donat Park. Please don’t attempt to park along the streets on the parade route.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of heavy rain, the ceremony will be held in the gymnasium of the Hooksett Municipal Offices (35 Main Street).
