The Planning Board reviews applications for compliance with Land Use Regulations, Development Regulations, Zoning Ordinances, and the Master Plan. Applications include: sites & amended sites, major & minor subdivisions, phasing, lot line adjustments, lot mergers, condominium conversions, estate planning, and waiver of site plans.
Section 4.11: Prepare and amend the Master Plan, review and recommend Zoning Ordinance amendments to the local legislative body and review and act on all subdivision and site plan applications.
